Employee Health Benefits

There are many ways to attract and retain good employees, one of which is with a good Benefits package.  It really doesn’t have to be expensive either.  For “employer sponsored” Group Health Insurance, the employer is only responsible for 50% of the EMPLOYEE ONLY premium for the lowest cost plan.  Typically with a Blue Cross or Kaiser plan, that can be about $75-$100 a month of cost to the employer.  Group Employee Benefits are designed so that employees are able to obtain quality insurance for them and their families.

Many of our groups that we insure, use a strategy that we’ve created to minimize the cost to employers and employees WITHOUT compromising on the quality and richness of their benefits.  This involves using California Supplemental Insurance to balance out what many of the Kaiser, Blue Cross, HealthNet and Aetna plans lack.  When you combine Supplement Insurance with a traditional medical plan, you create a very rich portfolio for much less than you may think!

Brauer Insurance is an expert in creating and maintaining a strategic benefit package which includes traditional Group Employee Benefits with California Supplemental Insurance.  Some of our satisfied clients include:  Rayne Plumbing, LeGrande Affaire Limousine, Valley Concrete, Orion Security, Santa Clara Federal Credit Union, Solaicx Inc and hundreds more!

We are an INDEPENDENT, family owned agency.  We never charge fees!
