I always like to ask business owners what they discuss with their current broker during their Quarterly Benefits review. What types of issues arise, maybe mid-year that the broker can help solve? If your broker is meeting with you quarterly, has a workable, progressive strategy that they can articulate, or if it’s your brother, cousin, or neighbor, I’m probably not the right fit for you.
