Employer Benefits do NOT have to cost a fortune! At Brauer Insurance we have a proven strategy to not only save employers money, but improve their Group Health Insurance and Group Benefits at the same time. The “strategy” involves “insuring the deductible”. When I tell other Employer Benefits agents this phrase, they look at me like I’m crazy. But when I explain the concept to Employer Groups and show them the inner workings of the strategy, they are seriously angry….they’re angry at their current broker that just shoves plans in their faces each year and commiserates with them about how expensive it is.
