Group Health Insurance can be the difference between attracting and retaining good employees or not. Group Health Insurance for businesses does NOT have to cost a fortune. It will however, if you have a broker that does not “specialize” in Health Insurance for businesses or Group Health Insurance. Brokers that throw plans at you each year and help you complain about the high cost of insurance are nothing more than sales people. At Brauer Insurance we are STRATEGISTS….seriously. You can’t imagine how many Group Health Insurance policies I’ve taken away from brokers that didn’t know what they were doing!
Our strategy involves using various insurance products to augment the Kaiser, Blue Cross, HealthNet, Aetna, or United plan you may have. I’m glossing over it for two reasons; 1) I really don’t want to advertise to my competition what I do, 2) It would take my about 20 minutes of showing someone on paper how it really works, to do it justice.
When I retired from the police department, I had the option to do many types of insurance. I had always been interested and frankly disgusted, at the way the whole Health Insurance industry worked. All the agents I spoke with did many lines of insurance. EVERY ONE told me that they were confused about Health Insurance and how it actually worked, and many either didn’t offer it, or sent it to someone else. I decided that I wanted to become an expert at Group Health Insurance and become a “specialist” in my field. I never looked back….AND, many of those agents send me their Group Health Insurance today!!
Employee Benefits and Group Health Insurance does NOT have to cost you a fortune!! It really doesn’t. Let me prove it to you. If we meet and there is not a “fit” for what you need, no big deal, no pressure. Our agency, thanks to my daughters, has been wildly successful over the past 8 years and with the changes from the Health Reform, we will be even more successful. Folks, even if it’s not me being your broker…..do yourself a favor and find a Group Health Insurance broker that you trust. Don’t leave it to someone that is NOT a “specialist”, Health Insurance and the welfare of your employees is too important!
