If you haven’t heard already, in the beginning of 2014 all employers with at least 50 employees must buy health insurance for all full-time employees or pay a penalty of $2,000 dollars per employee.
Some employers feel that their constitutional rights are being violated and are starting to say that they will not be compliant and take the full penalty. With the cost of health care rising employers could be be paying around $8,000 per employee by 2014.
